第 5 節 - 產品、穿線服務與全球配送限制
1. 網球穿線與客製化商品
本商店提供網球拍客製化服務（如依客戶要求穿線、調整磅數、客製化握把等）。經客製化處理之商品（如已穿線之球拍），除因重大製造瑕疵外，一律不接受取消訂單、退款或退換貨。
2. 產品展示與試用：
我們已盡力準確展示產品的顏色與細節。但因不同顯示器設定不同，我們無法保證您的螢幕顯示完全準確。
球拍使用限制：網球拍手柄塑膠保護膜（Plastic Overgrip Wrap）一旦拆封、球拍落地試打或出現擦痕，即視同已使用，恕不接受退貨。
3. 全球配送限制與禁運：
我們保留將產品限制銷售給任何個人、地理區域或司法管轄區的權利。
針對含有鋰電池的產品（如發球機）或化學液體，可能因國際航空安全法規而無法配送至特定國家/地區。
第 6 節 - 賬單與賬戶資訊的準確性
1. 我們保留拒絕或限制您向我們下達的任何訂單的權利。我們可以自行決定限制或取消每人、每戶或每筆訂單的購買數量。
2. 若我們更改或取消訂單，我們將嘗試透過下單時提供的電子郵件或電話通知您。我們保留限製或禁止經銷商、轉售商或分銷商下單的權利。
3. 您同意提供最新、完整和準確的購買與帳戶資訊，並及時更新您的帳戶資料（包括Email、信用卡號碼及到期日），以便我們完成交易。
第 7 節 - 國際關稅、進口稅與海關通關
1. 跨境訂單關稅：所有送往香港以外國家或地區的國際訂單，均可能需繳納目的地海關所徵收的進口關稅、增值稅（VAT/GST）及相關通關費用。
2. 費用負擔：此類費用不包含在產品售價或結帳運費中，須由買家（收件人）全權承擔。
3. 拒付關稅處理：若因買家拒絕支付關稅或配合海關通關而導致包裹被退回或銷毀，所有產生的往返運費、銷毀費及海關罰款將從買家的退款金額中全數扣除。
第 8 節 - 可選第三方工具與連結
1. 我們可能會向您提供第三方工具（如物流追蹤系統、多元支付閘道）的訪問權限。此類工具按「原樣」及「可用」狀態提供，我們不承擔因您使用第三方工具而引起的任何責任。

This website is operated by UPT HK (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). UPT HK offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or content contributors.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., providing us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our tennis products and services globally.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during network transfer.
SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES AND CURRENCIES
1. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
2. Currency Settlement: Prices may be displayed in various currencies for reference. Final checkout will be billed in the currency specified at checkout. We are not responsible for foreign exchange rate fluctuations or foreign transaction fees charged by your card issuer.
SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS, TENNIS STRINGING & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
1. Custom Stringing Services:
We offer custom tennis racket stringing services. Customized items (e.g., rackets pre-strung upon request) are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of major manufacturing defects.
2. Condition for Returns:
Rackets with removed handle plastic wrap, signs of court use, or frame scratches are considered used and are not eligible for return.
3. International Shipping & Hazardous Goods:
We reserve the right to limit product sales to any geographic region. Certain items (such as ball machines containing lithium batteries or liquid maintenance formulas) may be restricted from international shipping due to aviation safety regulations.
SECTION 5 - DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
1. Import Duties: All international orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to import duties, value-added taxes (VAT/GST), and customs fees levied by the destination country.
2. Buyer's Responsibility: These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
3. Refused Shipments: If a package is returned or abandoned due to a customer's refusal to pay customs duties, all return freight charges, customs penalties, and disposal fees will be deducted from the customer's refund.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
